Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were clean and a good value, even by NYC standards, although ours had a torn carpet. The location is terrific for exploring lower Manhattan, nestled between Soho and Little Italy, but we had a noisy neighbor at night with no apologies from the hotel.
My stay at the hotel was enjoyable overall. The room was fairly small but clean and good value; however, the carpet was torn. The service was super kind and professional, responding promptly to our needs. The location was perfect for experiencing the Soho area, close to various attractions and subway stations. The dining experience was not impressive, but the nearby cafes offered good options. The facilities were satisfactory, providing essential amenities.
The hotel is fantastic for those who want to be near Soho, Chinatown/Little Italy, Tribeca, or the Financial District. The rooms are not just clean and comfortable but also beautifully decorated. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. However, dining options might be better, especially for breakfast.
The hotel offers clean and comfortable rooms with floor-to-ceiling windows providing great views but is considered pricey. The only standout feature is the restaurant, worth visiting. The service is a mix of grumpy and welcoming staff. The location is convenient for dining and shopping. Overall, a good choice for those valuing dining experiences and great views.
I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel. The rooms were bright and clean, although a bit on the small side. The superb 180-degree views of the East side and Brooklyn were a real highlight. The service was a bit hit or miss, but the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The location was fantastic for exploring lower Manhattan, and the dining experience was enjoyable with good quality ingredients. Overall, a solid choice with a few minor drawbacks.
The hotel offers great views of the Manhattan skyline, and the modern and clean rooms come with a convenient mobile device for navigating the city without using personal data. However, our room was not ready until around 5pm due to a maintenance issue with the towel rack in the bathroom.
My stay at the hotel was filled with ups and downs. The rooms offered a spectacular view of the two bridges and the Hudson, and the food at the NOMO restaurant was excellent. However, the room on the 16th floor was tiny and dirty with a very small basin, which took away from the overall experience.
I loved the hotel's location in a hip area not far from Bloomingdales, perfect for SoHo shopping, although mysterious charges appeared on my account. The rooms were decent and beds comfortable despite noisy air con/heater. The staff seemed a bit disorganized, and the neighbor's noise disrupted our night without apologies. However, the fresh orange juice during breakfast was a delight.
I had a fantastic stay at the hotel! The rooms had a spectacular view of the two bridges and the Hudson, the NOMO restaurant served excellent food, especially the Cacio e Pepe – better than in Rome. However, the room was rather small with limited space for work, and there were no hooks for towels close by. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring lower Manhattan, but service could be a hit or miss, as some staff members took things personally. Despite this, the location in SoHo was nearly perfect, and the dining experience was awesome, especially at the hotel Cafe. Overall, a great stay with a few minor hiccups.
The hotel has beautiful styled rooms but in need of refurbishment, showing signs of wear and tear. Although cold due to the glass wall, the room was bright and clean, meeting NYC standards. The service was very courteous and accommodating, although not 100% clear. The location is perfect for exploring shopping, Little Italy, Chinatown, or the World Trade Center, with a subway station nearby. The dining experience was good with a great choice of additional dishes. Overall, a mixed experience with some areas needing improvement.
I had mixed feelings about my stay at the hotel. The location is great, right in the heart of Soho, and close to the subway for easy exploration. The rooms, however, fell short with some uncomfortable furniture and lack of privacy in the bathroom. The noise from the restaurant in the evenings was a downside for relaxation.
